Room temperature control could use an upgrade!!! Hallways and rooms really need modern decor updates!!! Unpleasant odors in rooms completely detracted from comfort levels during the stay!!!

Helpful staff made our stay great!

We stayed for 3 nights and loved how friendly everyone was. The bar staff were super nice, especially the guy in the black shirt who got me ice every night for my knee. The breakfast was way better than I remember, too! Just wish the fire doors weren't so noisy in the night.

The pool and gym were top-notch, and the spacious family room was perfect for our stay.

My children wished the pool was cleaner. it felt quite neglected.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. the dining options could be more flexible, especially when large events are happening.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, a fitness centre, and an indoor swimming pool. I still remember how the staff helped me with a cold drink during my first stay! I'll be back for a business trip.

Everything was very convenient with a genuinely dog friendly environment I appreciated being on the ground floor close to the spacious garden for my dog The breakfast room offered a pleasant variety of seating options and having the convenience of disabled parking was a nice touch

I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Norwich North! The swimming pool was perfect for a refreshing afternoon swim, and I really enjoyed the delicious meals. Both dinner and breakfast exceeded my expectations with quality food and variety. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit.
